SMS to United States regions have returned to a high rate of delivery. This incident is now resolved. Over the past few days, we have worked with our vendors to comply with new SMS templates. This needed some revamps around our architecture to include more phone numbers, one for a different use case - on-call, otps, and incidents. The result is a new contact card. Our new SMS formats as per U.S. phone companies are now submitted for review. In addition, we have also complied with SHAKEN/STIR calling, CNAM, and Voice integrity to get increased delivery rates with phone carrier companies in the U.S. The new formats are optimised to include Timestamps of incidents, Priority, Severity, and Incident links so you can view them directly on the mobile dashboard or App.
