Update
Cloudflare has implemented a fix for the network routing issue and reports the incident is resolved. However, they're still addressing some issues on their end. We're actively testing incident creation on Spike and will post a confirmation once we've verified full functionality is restored.

We’re currently unable to create or trigger new incidents on Spike due to an ongoing Cloudflare outage affecting upstream network routing. This prevents new incident requests from reaching our systems.
Existing incidents and their escalations continue to run normally — alerting, acknowledgements, and resolutions are not affected.
We’re monitoring Cloudflare’s recovery closely and will restore full functionality as soon as their network stabilizes. Updates will be posted here as the situation evolves.
