This issue has been resolved. We have reverted the recent change that introduced this behavior, and activity logs now correctly reflect the most recent occurrence.

We are currently experiencing an issue where activity logs for an incident is displaying entries from all past occurrences of an incident, instead of being limited to the latest occurrence. This may result in older alert actions and responder activity appearing alongside current updates, causing confusion. We are investigating the issue and working on a fix to ensure activity logs reflect only the most recent occurrence.
