 Partial outage

Alerts are not sent to private slack channels
Resolved

The solution is to invite the Spike bot to your private channels to restore alerts. Simply run /invite @Spike.sh in the affected channels to resolve the issue.

We’re reaching out to all admins and managers to ensure the Spike bot is added to their private channels.

While this technically resolves the incident, full resolution requires all admins using private channels the Spike app on Slack and get the Spike bot added to their respective private channels.

Our apologies. Please do check your inbox for further instructions.
